Ok, so I still don’t have full control of the page (because we’re waiting for Payoneer to clear my funds) but we’ll assume everything we’ll go well.

Ha, if it doesn’t, I’ll share that too 😉

The page is for dog lovers (like my wife 🐶🐶)

It’s unrelated from my other projects.

But I don’t plan to get my time too caught up in it.

Some initial ideas…

• I will let a team member post to it and we’ll see if we can grow it.

• My wife can share to the page

• My video editor might make dog content with extra time (this could lead to a YouTube channel).

• I plan to change the name to DogMomHumor (since I own this domain + I also enjoy funny dog videos).

• I can make a simple one page site to possibly sell a single product (funny calendar?) and also get email signups. If it grows, I can build out a blog for ad revenue, etc.

What other ideas do you have for me that will take minimal time on my part??

🤖 How I’m Using AI This Week

I finally downloaded the desktop version on ChatGPT — it’s pretty cool.

A quick “alt+spacebar” on my Windows machine and ChatGPT is instantly there.

It’s pretty wild to realize just how much I’m using ChatGPT for my questions vs. asking Google.

Here’s a snippet from just this past week…

On a practical level, I also created a simple GPT that can a webpage and let me know if any of the links on the page are broken.

I’ve also asked it to check to see if they’re outdated and need replacing.

Feel free to test it out (have to be a paid ChatGPT user I think) and let me know how I can improve it.

With so many AI tools coming out that I need to test, I launched this doc to keep up with it all.

I know tomorrow marks a brand new year for us all.

Do you have a way to review your previous year and prepare for the new one?

I don’t have a systematic way, but I do like to slow down and BE STILL and make a list of things I would like to accomplish in the upcoming year.

I also bought this giant wall calendar (for the first time) to see the full year ahead.

Ok, updates…

Domain Name Flipping [Update]

No new domain purchases.

No personal sales to report.

However, I was approached to purchase a domain name investing community, which interests me.

I have to think about how I would keep it stable and grow it, as my team would be stretched thin if I acquired it.

Still thinking…

I’m still buying a few more domain names (land) before I sit tight on my portfolio and slowly sell over time to reinvest.

The coffee chat with Michael Kauffman of the CatSkillCrew was a great time!

We shared plenty of nugget bombs with each other.

I’m frozen half the time, but that makes for some good humor!

Amazon Influencer Program [Update]

So far this month, I’ve made $514, which is awesome because I didn’t make any new content this month with the program.

Here are last week’s numbers…

My hourly rate was knocked down after investing in 40 videos from other creators, but I’m back in the 6 figure salary range!

I now have 120 127 videos.

(plus 75 videos from other creators..)

My total earnings equal $3,224.97 $3,323.85

After expenses, I’m making $61.17 $62.37 per hour.

Email Newsletter Purchase [Update]

I’ve created a nice workflow with my team to get out a weekly newsletter for this.

And I set up a domain for it — HustleRemote.com

Most of the audience is international, and I think that’s why I’ve had limited ad opportunities — time will tell…

I also set up a welcome email for new subscribers, which it didn’t have before.

If you’re a beehiiv user (if not, you should be ha!) you can set up boosts to earn extra cash for other newsletters your readers sign up for.

So, I also set up some boosts. These are basically other email newsletters I can get paid a referral fee to recommend — you can see examples of my live boosts here.
